Money Baggz is a rapper based in Charlotte and originally from Norwood/Albemarle, NC. Born to Juanita and Odell Closon, Money Baggz knew his music would make a better way for him and his family. Always keeping family in mind, with a passion for music and the urge to rep his city, Baggz went on to start his own label, Woodland Entertainment in 2008, to put his passion and dream into motion. In 2015, Money Baggz added the Cash Cartel Music Group, his label mates with On Da Run Entertainment, based in California, to bolster his roster and diversify the talent.

Money Baggz released his first mixtape, “Hardy Road,” in 2012 and quickly amassed a loyal following. “RNS,” his second mixtape, was released two years (2014) later on datpiff.com and was hosted by DJ Polo. Money Baggz kept the heat coming by dropping his third mixtape on New Year’s Day of 2016, titled “Only Trust God,” which resonates with him the most. The Only Trust God mixtape was accompanied by official videos for the street anthem “Trap Life” and the introspective lead single, “Only Trust God,” and was hosted by DJ Bando and DJ Shooter.

Now after several shows under his belt, and an extensive catalogue, Money Baggz is set to release his fourth mixtape, entitled “Facts,” which is due to be released October 29th, 2016. The new mixtape will have fourteen original songs, with features from artists Jay Black, Baby Jesus, Ruga, and Jay Way Sosa. “Facts” also features production by Slim Hood, 45, Track Daddy, D Bills, Cam, Mark Sparks, and LG Kill’em. Today we release The single “I Don’t Give A Fc*k”, prod by 45 Left Side, which can be found on Money Baggz mixtape #Facts available via Datpiff.
